Applies only if the module is tested and found to be fully functional (no fault present).
Why is there a testing fee?
Testing this controller requires precision physical labor:- Carefully cutting open the sealed module housing.
- Desoldering the bottom board (approx. 120 pins) to access inner relays.
- Re-assembling, soldering all 120 pins back, and hermetically resealing the unit.
What's Included in the Price?
Rates cover fixing typical faults, which commonly require replacing damaged relays and/or the integrated control circuits (ICs) governing them.
If the Module is Unrepairable
If initial inspection shows the BSM module is beyond repair (e.g. burnt motherboard, severe water corrosion), we will contact you to discuss options. We can ship it back (standard EU shipping charges apply) or handle environmentally safe disposal at no extra charge.
