BCM X95 Megane III, Scenic

Common symptoms:

• Doesn’t control windows, locks, etc.
• Lock in communication with the instrument cluster (the instrument cluster displays a “Christmas tree” pattern; sometimes the clusters go out or don’t light up at all)
• Problem with the lights (they come on by themselves; they don’t turn on at all; the left or right side doesn’t work)
• Problem with the turn signals (they don’t turn on or stay on all the time)

Due to the low cost of this module (BCM X91) on the aftermarket, it’s often worthwhile to buy a used version of this controller. However, simply replacing the controller isn’t enough to start the engine. The controller must be reprogrammed for the specific vehicle (immobilizer system and vehicle configuration).
